U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris thinks that increasing population in the U.S. causes more pollution. The opposite is true.
She might want to check these facts:
The World Health Organization also reports that 97.33 percent of the U.S. population has access to safely managed drinking water. From 1980 to 2022, population in the U.S. increased by 109 million, or almost 50 percent from 226 million to 335 million.
Clearly these facts suggest that Kamala is confused. More people correspond to much cleaner air and water.
The concept that more people and economic growth actually results in more abundance and less environmental damage is deeply counterintuitive.
One could be forgiven if they weren't in top echelons of public office. My mission is to spread awareness via Risk+Progress.
